CANCELLATION POLICY

​

• A $150.00 non refundable fee will be charged for any cancellation Plus a 3.5% refund charge if paid by credit card..

 

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded minus the $150 fee plus 3.5 % refund charge for credit cards.

 

• Cancellations made more 15 – 29 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 50% minus the $150 fee plus a 3.5% refund charge for credit cards.

• Cancellations made more 0 – 14 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded at all.

Hocking Hills is a beautiful place to travel, relax, hike and just enjoy mother nature and all it has to offer, however, weather and road conditions can be quite tricky at times. Our entry and road leading to the treehouse is a well maintained gravel drive but because of the slope of the gravel drive we HIGHLY recommend driving a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. We WILL NOT REFUND anything off of your bill for your stay for any expenses due to removing your vehicle from our property. We have additional parking available at the top of the hill if necessary. Drive your vehicle at your own risk.​

• A full list of policies will be given with your contract.

 

• During rains the grounds may get muddy and slippery. We will not be held responsible for any injuries while hiking on the grounds.

 

• No hunting permitted on the property. We consider wildlife an added bonus to your beautiful scenery.

• No pets allowed*

• No smoking allowed inside the treehouse. Please use the deck if you need to smoke *

*A $500.00 fee will be charged for any evidence that smoking has taken place inside the treehouse. Decision is at the discretion of the owners and all occupants must agree to this up front. Please use the beautiful deck if you need to smoke.

*Please Respect our Pet policy. We have members of our family who are severely allergic to animals and we like to enjoy the treehouse as well. If you try to sneak a pet into treehouse you will be charged a $500.00 fee (cost of sterilizing the property) and be asked to vacate the property immediately. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON FULL AMOUNT OF STAY.

As we like to always provide the best possible experience at times thing like weather and other unforeseen instances that are out of our control may happen. We DO NOT refund your stay for any unforeseen issues that may be out of our control. Such as power outages, internet loss, hot tub malfunctions, or any unexpected critters. We do spray for unexpected critters on a regular basis.
